In the same Activation screen, click "Activate by phone". Call the toll-free number shown, read out the installation ID, then type the confirmation ID you receive. This works without internet.
Verify activation
Press Win+R, type winver and Enter to see edition and activation state. For more detail, open an admin command prompt and run: slmgr /xpr to check expiration, slmgr /dli for license details.
Reinstall without losing activation
When you reinstall Windows 10 on the same hardware, activation is automatic because Microsoft stores a digital license tied to the device. Sign in with the same Microsoft account and select "Windows is activated with a digital license" on the activation screen.
Troubleshooting
